While surfing the grid today I came across and island named Pulveria. I half expected to land in the middle of some intense game world, but instead I found myself in front of a few Vivox booths (they should have been my first clue) with a conference hall to my back. Positioned around the perimeter of the building were a number of flags that were emblazoned with the URL pulver.com - never heard of it. Turns out it is the site of someone named Jeff Pulver. The funny thing is that I wouldn’t spend two seconds on pulver.com, but the conference building is attractive and well designed to the point that I spent some time digging around for more info.

In the end it just strikes me as odd to run into a great looking build in SL that doesn’t have an equally impressive presence on the web.
